Hotel

Do you offer free onsite parking?

Parking is charged at 100 PLN in our secured underground parking. Number of parking spaces is limited and is not subject to reservation. Parking in front of the hotel main entrance is only for unloading and loading luggage, in order for all guests to enjoy an easy welcome experience!

Does the hotel offer valet parking?

Currently our valet parking service is not available.

Is the Spa are operational?

The Spa Relaxation area (sauna, steam room, relax area) is currently operating for everyone during the following hours of the day: (please add hours)
Massage treatments may be available with a notice period of 24 hours, subject to availability.
The hotel fitness center can be accessed with your room key card, 24 hours per day.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Pets are welcome in all areas of the hotel, apart from the Spa Relaxation area. We will prepare special dog amenities upon arrival (dog mat, drinking bowl, small culinary treat). Regardless of the size of the dog, there is a charge of PLN 100 per pet, per stay. Please keep your pets on a leash all the time.

Do you offer newspapers and magazines at the hotel?

In order to save on paper and transportation, we offer you a complimentary access to our “Press Reader” application, where you can download free magazines in almost any language during the period of your stay, while connected to our WiFi.

Can I have my breakfast in the room?

If you have booked a room with breakfast included, you are welcome to enjoy your breakfast in our CRAFT Restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. If you prefer to have your breakfast in the privacy of your room, please refer to the room service menu. Special fees will apply.

Does the hotel offer a minibar?

We offer a great selection of soft drinks, spirits and snacks in the minibar in your room. You will find a price list close to the minibar and items are charged to your room account upon check out. Please inform our receptionist, if you have consumed something.

Does the hotel offer currency exchange facilities and a cash machine?

The hotel does not offer any currency exchange services. Those are available in the close vicinity to the hotel, as well as a cash machine is located 5 minutes away from the hotel.

Is there a running track close to the hotel?

The hotel offers a running map upon request. Please contact reception upon arrival.

Do you offer kids entertainment and babysitting services?

Kids entertainment may be offered during certain periods of the year. Babysitting services can be arranged with a 24 hour notice and are subject to an additional fee. The hotel does not take over any liability for the services provided.
