The Bridge Summer Bar is an al fresco concept, which means in the open air. A space full of delicious food, friendly atmosphere, white and rosé wine and refreshing cocktails.
This year we have prepared a very special menu. The phrase ‘street food’ became vastly popular only a few years ago; however, the phenomenon behind it, which is the street dining — is not a novelty. A globally unique and one of a kind Polish fast food appeared already back in communist Poland. Casseroles, as they are called, quickly won numerous fans and outlets selling them began to pop up like mushrooms. In the course of creating our menu, dominated by local ingredients, we were inspired by that period exactly. Indulge in modernised classics that lied at the core of communist street food. Our menu contains, among others, the knish, which is a local Wroclaw speciality that is the trademark of our city and the maczanka – a sandwich associated with Cracow, which we prepare with a Wroclaw twist.
A specially prepared offer of drinks full of original spritzes, refreshing cocktails or local beer from the Stu Mostów Brewery will satisfy the tastes of those looking for familiar flavors as well as those open to new combinations. In our offer, you will also find smooth and sparkling wines, selected especially for the summer climate of the garden. Champagne — the king among sparkling wines — also has its place.
