The Bridge Summer Bar is an al fresco concept, which means in the open air. A space full of delicious food, friendly atmosphere, white and rosé wine and refreshing cocktails.
This season, we have prepared a menu inspired by the classics of Polish street food. Our (already iconic) tartare on milk bread toast, fries served with cucumber salad, and breaded oyster mushrooms are dishes that combine traditional flavours with contemporary culinary trends. The experience is completed by beverages – signature spritzes, refreshing fruit-based cocktails, beers from Browar Stu Mostów, as well as carefully selected still and sparkling wines. And for those who like to celebrate in style – a glass of champagne is also available. BAR MENU
